Transformation Audit Chain

A trace structure that stores, in auditable form, in what order, under what logic, and under which version data transformations were applied.

A transformation audit chain makes the data flow explainable not only technically, but also from an audit perspective. It can show step by step which SQL logic, code version, or business rule affected the data. This is especially important in regulated industries and critical AI decision chains. In some contexts, what matters is not only the result, but proof of how the result was produced.
