What we cover in the 30-minute discovery call
The discovery call is a free 30-minute working session designed to map your team's current AI maturity, short-term use-case priorities, and production readiness roadmap.
The first 10 minutes establish context: what LLM/RAG experiments your team has run, which vendors you have evaluated, and where you have stalled — data readiness, governance, hallucination, cost, or latency. I bring anonymized analogue cases from prior engagements and walk through how comparable production deployments were unblocked — concrete patterns, not generic frameworks.
The next 10 minutes focus on prioritization: which use cases yield fastest ROI, which trigger governance or regulatory friction, and which are mature enough on the data side for a 6–8 week pilot. Most calls end with a RICE or impact/effort prioritization the team can defend internally to executive stakeholders.
The last 10 minutes cover delivery model and next steps: what your internal team can execute alone, where a 4–8 week architecture engagement accelerates timelines, and which training tracks can run in parallel. If you request it, you receive a written mini-roadmap summary within 24 hours.
- Call is held under NDA; nothing is recorded or reused.
- No sales pitch — actionable recommendations specific to your stack.
- Optional written mini-roadmap delivered within 24 hours.
- If you choose to continue: consulting, training and implementation packages are scoped as separate proposals.
