Sentiment Analysis
An NLP task focused on determining the positive, negative, or neutral emotional orientation of a text.
Sentiment analysis is widely used in brand monitoring, customer experience, social media tracking, and employee feedback analysis. However, sentiment depends not only on surface words but also on context, irony, negation, and target entities. For that reason, the task is more difficult and more context-dependent than it may appear. Robust sentiment systems usually require domain adaptation and careful labeling.
