Blast Radius Analysis
A risk analysis approach that measures how many assets and which critical processes may be affected by a data change or failure.
Blast radius analysis uses lineage not just for visibility, but for preventive risk management. If a table breaks or a column is removed, the impacted dashboards, features, models, and downstream services can be estimated in advance. This is especially valuable in production environments for change approval, incident response, and prioritization. Blast radius logic makes the operational weight of technical changes visible.
