Agent remembering past success/failure trajectories → learning.

Foundation of Reflexion. Each completed task → outcome (success/fail) + key lessons → episodic store.
On a similar new task: first retrieve relevant past episodes, reason "last time I did X, got Y, so this time...".
Implementation: episode = {task, trajectory, outcome, lesson, embedding}. Stored in vector DB, semantic-searched by task embedding.
