<p>Aspect-based sentiment analysis is used when assigning a single sentiment label to an entire text is insufficient. Within the same review, product quality may be positive while delivery may be negative. For this reason, sentiment must be analyzed together with the targeted aspect. It produces much more actionable outcomes for customer experience, product analytics, and service-quality monitoring.</p>
